Services

Payroll calculation services are performed in accordance with Personal Income Tax regulations and other related regulations that govern payroll area and other personal earnings, including mandatory charges and contributions payable in Croatia in a way and within the deadlines which comply with law regulations governing this field of activity.

Payroll calculation services include:

• Total cumulative, monthly payroll calculation for all employees
• Monthly payroll calculation for each employee
• Filling in all prescribed forms (for Financial Agency, Central Insurance Register, Tax Authority)
• Preparation of payment orders for payroll payments – net payroll payable on personal accounts in banks, tax and surtax payments, and contribution payments to Croatian Institute for Health Insurance (HZZO) and Croatian Institute for Pension Insurance (HZMO)
• Database with all payments and calculations per employee
• Clients' and employees' registration to HZZO and HZMO

We also prepare claims for payroll refunds during sick leaves, prescribed reports according to the National Statistical Institute demands (monthly and annual reports), as well as annual report containing information about total income earned for each employee that need to be submitted to tax authority.

Except prescribed annual forms, upon clients' or employees' request we prepare annual Personal Income Tax forms.
