Intrastat reporting
With Croatia joining EU, there will be implemented Intrastat reporting with the effective date as of July, 1st, 2013.
Intrastat is introduced as a brand new reporting in Croatia and should replace local Customs Declaration form.
Intrastat reporting is obliged for every legal entity, VAT tax payer, whose annual value of merchandize trade with EU countries
exceeds the range prescribed (no matter for export, import or both).
